I have a little over 15 years working in the medical field, where I learned that serving others is my passion. I am compassionate about advocating for others and willing to go the extra mile to find the solution for anyone that faces barriers.
I am a former member of Central Health's Community Health Champions 2019. Community Health Champions is an annual Central Health program that brings together diverse community members from across Travis County to learn about, discuss, and collaborate on our work to improve the health of Central Texas.
My most recent recognition was "It's not about the bag program" from, Consuela I was surprised at my former job for serving my community. I truly believe and stand by the wise words from Mahatma Gandhi, "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others."
In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my daughter and going to waterparks.
