Hello! My name is Kerena and I am the Administrative Assistant for our San Antonio Division.

I was born and raised in Laredo, Tx. I had lived in San Antonio for a few years during my middle school years and others during my college years and fell in love with this great city. I graduated from Northeast Lakeview College with my Associate's in Business Administration in 2015. I moved back to Laredo when I got married but always kept the desire to come back to San Antonio. Finally, in May of 2020, I was able to move back and this time with my amazing husband and our three-year-old daughter, Yire Samelia. 

I've always had a reputation of taking the initiative to help others and going above and beyond when it comes to customer service and being tech-savvy and I know that in a business setting those are very important qualities to possess. I have worked in many different settings, from being a college recruiter, to a supply chain analyst, to an activities assistant in a lapse of 8 years. All of these opportunities have helped me gain skills that I know will be helpful in this position. I am so excited to work for a company like JB Goodwin that has earned 10 consecutive Top Workplaces awards, which by the way are very well deserved! I am so impressed with the attention they provide, not just to their clients, but also their agents. I can see why they love working here. I will do my best to provide outstanding and efficient customer service and help our agents keep doing their amazing work! I am very positive about what my future holds at JBGoodwin REALTORS.
